Hi, I’m Mas — yoga teacher, mother of four, and founder of NaMasYoga.
Yoga has been my anchor for over 20 years. It supported me through pregnancy, trauma, healing, and now into menopause. It’s helped me reconnect with myself, find calm in the chaos, and grow stronger — inside and out.
That personal journey inspired me to become a yoga teacher and to create NaMasYoga — a welcoming space where everyone feels supported, grounded, and seen, both on the mat and in everyday life.
